Lord Caalveert's kennel- Engelsk Springer Spaniel

We have had this breed since 1983
and
we have breeding this lovely breed since 1988 in december then our first litter was born

Our first Eng. Springer Spaniel was Carola- Pirandas Carioca who came to us and
had been to different home before. She got only one litter.
Carola was not so good mother to her puppies and we are not sure if her life before she came to us has nothing to do with the mental with the puppies. She had awful homes before she came to us and she was hit very often in her home she had before us.

Second springer we get came from the same kennel as Carola and it was Pirandas Grand Mariner Rouge- Åsa.
Åsa got 3 litters but when her puppies on the female side was adults they will not be mated so we give up this bitchline.

After that we bought
Gamekeeper's Pure Empress of Velvet- Maja and she became our foundation bitch.
We had travel all the way down to Skåne only just to buy her and we are so happy that we own her and have her all the time around us when she was in life, the last year in her life she was living with my sister Anette and her family and we are very happy about that- She was the best!!!
Maja had 3 litter and it show us that Maja was very strong mother in develope and also giving her in all way about behavior.
All the puppies of Maja went black and white and all of the got also very gott hunting behavior and it was Maja herself who was giving this to the puppies.

Then we bought a wonderful male George- Ruel's Artige Adamsson.
He took our lifes with storm because he was so very good in mental and all behavior you can think about.
George had all you can wish as a hunter, breeder and puppybuyer
and he raise the other dog at home but also the puppies. He was truelly a leader, so calm and the right will to please. Here can you read more about him........

Our aim is to breed a good hunting dog with good behavior in everyway and also very good health!

We have and have had males and it should not have any bad behavior with males toghether.
The males should live in happiness toghether and clear ranking order even if our females is in season and the whole pack should be very calm and trust to each other.
A good Eng.Springer Spaniel will not fight with other dogs,
this breed is breeding for happiness, very good mental and a will to please to there owner or family.

We have sold dogs as a huntingdogs, pets but in direction on obedience
The characteristic of our loving breed Springer Spaniel is
that they will do everything you are asking for them to do,
it is only you to make this happen with encourgage
